I had definitely some communication problems with the owner. Just after my reservation the owner insisted to have an exact arrival time that I couldn't give in that moment since I had several work meetings during the day. To meet Gioele's request I decided to check in before my meetings, in the late morning. I then asked him if my morning time was OK for him and he never answered ever again. I asked for a phone number, and nothing. I arrived there without knowing an answer and without a phone number. I had to ask to a neighbour to call him in order to be able to check in. I met Giovanna who was super nice, fortunately. Last thing: breakfast was written to be held at 8.00 but apparently Gioele told Giovanna to prepare it at 8.30. The apartment was fine, but the bedroom had no windows and was very noisy at night.

Gioele is a great host, the place was perfectly clean and spacious. Not far from the beach and from the center 15 min walking. The communication was fast and Gioele was very helpful. He even took me to the train station by his car. I totally recommend it!

Only stayed 1 night at Gioele, but was very happy. Everything was as described, place is very clean, location is great to reach the beach easily. Props for accommodating me on such short notice. Highly recommend. Iuliana

I stayed at Gioele's place one night and was the first Airbnb customer. The room and ensuite bathroom was like a 5 star hotel accommodation! Every totally new and perfectly clean. This is great for everyone who enjoys some luxury once in a while (: Gioele communicates via Google translator which helped much to get information about the area etc. I received a big water, a local almond vino (maybe because it's still a very new place?) and fruits on the house. The breakfast was very tasty pizza from his mom, fruits, some from the own garden, and bakery stuff with almond (local speciality) inside. The caffe was good too! Room is fully AC and big and got a mirror, TV, etc. There is a small fridge, too for everybody. Gioele lives 10min away, so this is a guest house. Thanks alot!
