we have stayed at the Waterhouse several times and always enjoyed it! Beautiful building, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff! Can definitely recommend this place when in Pretoria!

This place was great!! Very clean and spacious. Staff greeted us upon arrival to show us the place. Great location. There were couple issues that were quickly addressed. Five-star due to the amazing customer service. Very responsive with everything.

We really enjoyed the Waterhouse Guest Lodge - the location was great yet tucked away and quiet. The space was small but well equipped, with everything we needed plus lots of nice touches. Monique was very responsive and Linda, the on-site manager, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the lodge (Alika apartment) and happily stay there again when next in Pretoria.
