The good: Great location, short shuttle ride to the slopes The not-so-good: - House needs work. Listing says 'newly renovated' but we did not get that feeling. Work does not seem to be professionally done (paint blotches, doors that don't close, one kitchen cabinet coming off the ceiling, general shabby appearance etc) - Too much old looking furniture for a small space - Need to climb 3 flights of stairs. No access to ski locker downstairs, so you have to trudge up and down with your gear - challenging in ski boots with kids - Parking is very limited at the complex and they is no good alternative Overall: The location is great and the unit has a lot of unrealized potential.

Whiffletree G8 was a great option for our group over the weekend, and had pretty much everything you'd want out of an AirBnb. Unit was clean, WiFi worked, towels and linens provided, kitchen had the basics, beds were comfortable, showers worked. Shuttle was easy to and from the mountain, and "ski-home" trail gets you within a 5 min walk from unit. Gas fireplace was a nice touch to have after a day on the slopes. A few items for future renters: if you're a larger group staying for a weekend, you'll need to bring your own hand soap, body soap, shampoo, etc. as there were only trial sizes included that did not last for the full group. You will also need to drive to the larger rental agency location (not the AirBnB), for check-in/out instructions and put down a damage deposit. We read the finer details prior to booking so we knew this was required, but a first for me w/ AirBnB. Heat was a little finicky, upstairs rooms get hot at night. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again

Great spot with 3 full sized bedrooms. Gas fireplace in living room, sound of running brook in off the back porch. Shuttlebus can be picked up at the far end of other wiffletree building parking lot. Sounded like you could ski back to the AirBNB if there were enough snow. Sadly this season snow disappeared pretty early so we could try it out. Would stay again
