This was a fantastic place to come home to after long days of exploring DC. It is an 8-10 minute walk to the metro which will take you right into downtown DC. It literally couldn’t be in a better location. The apartment was spotless and very quiet. Plus the bed was extremely comfortable! Note that the entrance is very steep (which wasn’t a problem for us) and could be difficult to maneuver for some. Since this is a basement, the temperature fluctuates with the outdoor temperature. Just something to note :) Overall, this place was perfect for a weekend trip to DC!

Responsive host. Central heating, controls are with host, she responded and made temp adjustments when requested. The stair to the basement are steep, lots of rain made the stairs slippery and dangerous.

We had a lovely stay at Pranita's. It was comfortable and quiet. I also don't think I've ever had a more comfortable bed in an Airbnb! While we were there, the weather got a little chilly and the studio got a bit cold. But Pranita was kind enough to turn up the heat for us, and there were also plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. Good things to know: you will have to climb down a set of stairs to get to the studio. Also the windows have been blocked out for privacy, which is a very good choice but also means you won't get much natural light if that's something that's important to you. Overall, this was a nice airbnb, and Pranita was a great host. I would stay here again!

While the steep cement stairs and uneven entry way were a bit difficult for me to navigate, the space itself is fine. Nice kitchen area and bathroom. It’s a pleasant place. Pranita was always prompt and helpful in responding to any questions or concerns.
