Walker was kind and fast to help me when needed. I didn’t have the opportunity to see him because he was away, but I can guarantee he’s a good host. The place was excellent and close to the metro. Nothing bad to say 👍

Walker is a great host. His apartment is very clean, the room has everything you might need - a comfortable bed, spacious wardrobes for your clothes, tv, air-conditionier and personally very important to me - an iron and an ironing board. Walker is a great guy - he will help you in every situation, advise you where to go and where to eat well. The location is great for exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn, a pleasant few minutes walk to the subway station which will take you anywhere in NYC. We highly recommend this place and best regards to you Walker!

We spent two weeks in Jason's apartment and enjoyed our stay very much! It was important for us to have a host with many years of experience, someone reliable and helpful, someone local - we got all that with Jason! The room was as pictured, clean and tidy. We noticed right away that Jason has taken care of many guests before, as there were umbrellas, maps, supplies (iron, TV, headphones) and plenty of closet space. There was also a ventilator and air conditioning, which were both a bit noisy, but essential in the summer heat! The room faces the street, so you should not be sensitive to noise, because in Crown Heights there is always something going on. ;-) Jason gave us lots of tips and tricks for NYC and told us what's going on in the neighborhood – we enjoyed talking to him. All in all, we can say that our trip was a success not least because of him! 10/10 would enjoy again!

My stay was like a regular hotel plus more. Very easy to access. Very close to all public transpation. Nice room a/c. Apartment was very cooling. Many fan moving air around. Bathroom keep clean and fresh daily. Acess to a refrig and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Easy for handicap person. Apartment located on first floor. Security good. Shared bathroom with Walker was not a problem. Towels, iron and washup item available. I would with Walker again
