The real highlights of this house were its location and the outdoor space (beautiful pool, sofa and dining area). Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we’d like due to the sheer amount of mosquitoes; we just couldn’t be outside for breakfast or dinner. We weren’t sure whether it was the time of year or the humid weather but Aggy was super helpful in offering solutions and provided lots of citronella, plug in repellents and suggested we take a fan outside with us in the day to keep the mosquitoes away. Alaró itself is a beautiful town and the house is 5 mins from all local amenities including food shops, cafe and bakeries. The market on a Saturday morning was a real delight. Aggy could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Thank you, Aggy!

We stayed 6 nights. The house is spacious and was great for all 3 generations of the family! The garden with pool is wonderful. Walking distance to lots of options of cafes, restaurants, bakery & supermarket. Alaro is a lovely town, lots of narrow streets, not too touristy. Aggy was really responsive and proactive with suggestions on where to go. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Barbarama. The house is huge, spotlessly clean and really well-stocked, and the garden with the view of the mountains is absolutely beautiful. All the bedrooms are light-filled and airy with great air conditioning. The large pool was a big hit with our group! Aggy could not have been more helpful and accommodating, both before and during our stay. I would definitely book again in the future.

A total gem! We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home - we will definitely be back. Aggy is a fantastic host, super friendly and couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. It was our first time in Alaro and as a family of four, it suited us perfectly - plenty of restaurants to choose from, not overrun with tourists and close enough to drive to other destinations on the island to explore. We didn't want to come home.

We looked all over Mallorca for a home base. Alaró turned out to be the perfect location for us- it’s not only a beautiful town in its own right, but an central location for day trips to Palma, beaches, and other points of interest. We also loved that Alaró has many restaurants and amenities but isn’t overrun by tourists. One of our favorite days was hiking to Castell d’ Alaró with an exceptional lunch at Es Verger along the way. The home is beautiful, stocked with everything you need, and comfortable, and the backyard - with its pool and views of the mountain - was delightful. Aggy was a dream host- very friendly and immensely knowledgeable about the island. We loved every minute in Alaró and would not hesitate to book again here!
