We stayed here for 1 week and had an amazing time. The villa was spotless and comfortable, exactly as pictured. There is excellent air con in the kitchen and living room and it’s possible to make the bedrooms nice and cool by leaving the doors open. The private outdoor area provides endless entertainment and feels quiet and peaceful. Everything is provided that you may need during your stay, including pool towels. There is a large supermarket (CashFresh) a 5 minute walk away, with everything we needed during our stay. We relied on Uber to get in and out of Seville, and this was always easy costing around €23 each way. We were well looked after by Fernando and his Mother, who were happy to help with anything we needed, at short notice. They were both lovely. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, private Villa near Seville. We hope to return one day.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed in! First of all, the house description states that there is room for 6 people, but unless you want one person to sleep in a children’s bed and another on a couch, there is no room for 6 people. Second, the host clearly doesn’t thoroughly check the house on a regular basis, because when we moved in, lights were not working, showers were not draining and even a door was not functioning, and to fix ALL of that it took an entire day of my time. Next, if you are not from a southern European country and are not used to high temperatures, chances are that you will be hot in the summer. The host has only installed air conditions in the living room and kitchen, but none in the bedrooms. And the rooms don’t cool down even with doors open. The host claimed the temperatures were fine, but for people not living in a southern European country, 26 degrees at night is very hot! But the host didn’t react to that. Fernando was there to greet us and show us around the villa. It was as described and was clean and tidy. The pool was a brilliant size and the surrounding vestibule which surrounded the pool was a most welcome shaded area. The temperature in July was in excess of 40 degrees Celsius. The kitchen facilities were good , there are great supermarkets a short drive away and thus preparing meals was easy. Car hire is essential if you are staying at this villa however road networks are excellent and you can be in a neighbouring village within 10 minutes and in Seville itself within 20 minutes. Fernando provides a basic shower gel for washing in the bathrooms and left a few sweets for our child to eat but that was all. There was no basic food provision which we did expect for the price paid. A bottle of water, milk and bread are always welcome after travelling. I would definitely recommend this villa for families visiting Seville especially in the summer months.

We had a brilliant short week here, we went into Seville twice which is really easy to do (30min and parking in city was fine) but the main thing we did was play in the pool and sandpit with our daughter. It even had a swing. In the evenings there is a nice view from rooftop, although it’s not countryside you are in a quiet modern village. Local shops very handy to stretch our legs and have a beer in a little bar one night. Great shop for toys etc in town and nearby mercadoba supermarket is 10 min drive and superb. Highly recommended the ancient ruins of Italica which are 30 min away and free to visit. Lovely trip thanks Fernando!

Merci à Fernando pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, maison impeccable. Seul bémol selon moi le quartier, pas grand-chose dans les environs prévoir une voiture pour se déplacer.
