Tim and Amy’s place is great. It is well kept and has lots of bedrooms. Definitely recommended for people staying in Albany!

Our friends group loved staying at Tim and Amy’s home. It was clean, the beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable, and the central AC was crucial as we stayed during our heat wave of over 100 degrees. Thank you for your wonderful place!!

The house worked well for our needs, but for the price, some basics were lacking. Yet, I got to say, no place is perfect. I was just uncomfortable with the price since we were paying a premium to get 6 beds yet had to find and inflate the air bed in order to get that 6th bed. In addition, I was hoping to get in early as I didn't see another renter preceding us, and I had an event half an hour's drive away. By the time I got notified that early checkin was available, I didn't have enough time to drive in/out to make my event. Overall, they were responsive but not as accommodating as I would have hoped for the premium price. Past that, the neighborhood is nice and the lights on the patio make an evening chat memorable.
