We had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay for two nights and at Jim and Kristin’s place. Everything was so cozy and warm. We instantly felt at home. Will most certainly stay here again if we’re back in the area Finally, it’s worth mentioning how welcoming Jim was – he gave us a tour of the house And had a handwritten thank you note and bottle of ganache for us. Great stay with a great host in a great home!

Great spot and well situations for the attractions of the Santa Ynez Valley. Jim and Kirstin were helpful and pleasant and all you could ask for in Airbnb hosts.

We were greeted as we drove up and shown the place, which was very nice. The hosts offered ideas on places to go, where to dine and even biking routes. They were kind and helpful but never intrusive. Loved their place and the hospitality. We will stay here the next time we are in Santa Ynez.

A perfect stay! Great location to Santa Ynez and Los Olivos, but far enough away to feel like you escaped to the country side. Modern Interiors with a private feel. Jim and Kristin were very accommodating and readily available. I would highly recommend this stay for a couple's getaway. Hope to stay again soon!

Kristen and Jim were so kind and generous! The carriage home was super cute and very clean! They gave great recommendations for hiking and places to visit. We will definitely have to book another getaway.
