Great spot beautiful right by the river. House a lil rustic-janky some boarded up windows in one of the bedroom additions, but didn’t bother us we dug it. Would stay again.

I wasn'tclean!! There was a dirty sock under the ottoman. I went to take a bath & there was white cleaner on the bottom of the tub & long hair in the tub & around the faucet, I had to clean out before I could take a bath. My bath water was barely luke warm,! It was chilly night & I wanted the heater on, tried turning on the baseboard heaters, they wouldn't come on. It also has a wood stove, but there was no wood in the house. I messaged Chip & when he got back to me. He said I needed to turn the thermastat up to get the heat to work, & there is wood by the back gate. I AM NOT STUPID I know how to turn on a heater!The breaker for the heaters was OFF (I figured that out) & soaked wet wood is NOT going to start a fire!! For what they make off this place, they could have BETTER cooking utensils & pots & pan & so forth! Thank God I brought my own blanket, cuz I slept on the couch & never even went into the bedroom except to flip the breaker for the heater!! I would never rent this again!
