Bellissima casa nel centro storico di Polignano, tutti gli ambienti ben curati e funzionali, dotazioni complete in cucina e nei bagni. La terrazza è impagabile, con una vista splendida sul mare, è dotata di un piccolo angolo cottura che consente di godersi colazioni, pranzi e cene senza salire e scendere le scale. Patrizia gentilissima, ci ha fornito tutta l'assistenza possibile dal check-in al check-out. Una vacanza da ricordare!

Authentic apartment in the heart of the old historic city. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bars. We had a fantastic time in the apartment and ate out quite a few times for lunch but cooked several nights in as we wanted to cook and watch Netflix. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the extra exercise with 3 levels of stairs! Beautiful apartment and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Exceptional location. Parking is somewhat tricky but doable.

The people from Trulli & Dilmore were extremely helpful to organise a boat trip. They would have organised other activities but we only stayed for a short time. You can absolutely book with them, they do look for the good deals and the people they recommend are really good and helpful (we had to get to the train station right after the boat trip and the boat people reliably did this). Also, when we had questions our host (Antonella) was quick to respond. We had a question about wifi (they got some critical reviews). The wifi works perfectly, except for the terrace which is on the forth floor. They said it from the beginning and so we had no issue with this. The terrace is worth it even if you cannot watch Netflix movies there :-) All in all, a great place, we highly recommend it!

Our stay at Casa Reina was absolutely fantastic! From the check-in with a welcome bottle of wine and snacks, to the beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views, the holiday house was everything that we were hoping for! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is amazing, right in the historic city centre with so many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, not to mention the quaint shops and local beach! I highly recommend Casa Reina and hope to return soon!

Location = 5 stars. Hosts = 0 stars. Hosts Trulli and Dimore are an Agency that make you sign a contract prior to arriving and even threaten you with a Euro 50 fee if information not completed prior to check in. I would not book through this provider again - as also very poor to respond to concerns. Property advertised with Wifi: We checked in and no WIFI Hosts were not so concerned about providing us with WIFI until we had to strongly complain. Tradesman arrived 1 day later to fix. The lack of WIFI was known to Hosts but they chose to allow us to check in knowing we were not being provided with this advertised amenity. Property advertised with TV: we checked in and no TV available for our entire stay. The property itself is beautifully located with a lovely roof top terrace and I would rent it again but not through the current Hosts.
