We had a great stay at this condo in Stowe. It is located outside of town, but very close to a number of good restaurants and breweries, as well as a grocery store/deli. The condo is spacious (more so than the pictures suggest) and is perfect for two couples or a small family stay. It catches the early morning sun, making for a great view of the mountains when you wake up. We are not skiers but there was plenty for us to do on our trip. Highly recommended!

Overall the condo was ok, and having the pool and hot tub was a great asset after skiing all day. The condo sported some nice updates to appliances, new floor and updated bathroom. Nonetheless, the burned out lightbulbs, squeaky doors, loose door knobs/cabinet handles/vanity handles, peeling paint on the terrace gave an air of neglect. Our biggest issue was that the bedroom windows face the entry stairs and everyone was thundering up and down the stairs at all hours was disruptive for the kids’ and our ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. As the condo has neighbors on all sides and we happen to be there on an active weekend, it was a challenge to rest after a full day of activity. Lastly, even though the name implies that it is slope-side, it is not. It’s about 5 miles away and if you leave the mountain around 3:30-4:00pm you are in for a nasty surprise of standing in traffic for about 30 minutes to commute the 5 miles from the mountain.

Diane's place was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy skiing at Stowe. The location is great close to lots of great resturants, breweries and a quick drive to ski. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift, well stocked kitchen with all the basics and being right next to the pool. Looking forward to staying at Diane's place again.

Awesome location and very nice condo. We were able to walk to many bars/restaurants. Barely 10 minutes from Stowe ski resort.
