Victoria's place was one of the best Airbnb homes we have stayed in. It sits up a hill with a gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains and feels so secluded yet it's a short 10 minute drive into Grand Lake. The house itself is gorgeous and well equipped. All the paper towels, tp, ziplocks, storage containers for food in kitchen, soap, clothes hangers, etc. I didn't use any of the "extras" I always pack for vacation because she had it all!! There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and screens on the windows so you can keep them open without getting bugs in. We were very comfortable inside with the summer heat. The grill on the side patio worked beautifully and it was nice to have a seating area there shaded from the west sun. But as soon as sunset was close, we would move to front deck and sit around the fire pit table and enjoy the sunset. We did not need all the beds on our stay, but with 3 levels, you could have quite a group and still allow everyone some extra space.

The house, views, and surroundings are gorgeous! The pictures do not do this place justice. Victoria is a great host and the house has every thing you need for your stay! At the end of the stay, you do have to bring all the garbage to a dumpster in Grand Lake. Overall, my family enjoyed our time and we made wonderful memories! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing views!!! Victoria was very responsive. The house was very clean. We had 8 adults and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Having a spot to park in the garage was very much appreciated. The activity area above the garage was fun. The location was great - Grand Lake is a very charming little mountain town and RMNP was very close. We loved waking up each morning watching the hummingbirds. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful and the location is beautiful. It was clean and well stocked with what we needed for a family week stay. We were there over Christmas and we had lots of places to hang out together and lots of room to cook. We had to be a little creative when storing food we brought because others leave food behind but the host says to go ahead and use things in the pantry and freezer. For winter the host says you need 4 wheel drive and she is not kidding, sometimes you could use your own plow too. They have a plow service but that doesn't mean you don't have to wait for them to come. Make sure you stop at grocery store first in case you get snowed in for a little longer than you planned. We loved using our blow up tubes and sledding down the driveway, the other neighbors were out doing the same thing, that was fun for the little ones and adults. We did not see much to do in Grand Lake but we snowshoed in Rocky mountain and around the cabin down to lake Grandby and YMCA.

Once again, this host and cabin rock. Super responsive and addressed the couple troubles we had at check in right away over the phone. Cabin is in an awesome location with views second to none. If you are debating between this place and another in the grand lake area, stop, this is it, this is the place to rent.
