New Park Hotel is wonderful! The staff is all very friendly and looked after everything during our time, including excellent recommendations. The lobby area is very cozy and open for hanging out and the restaurant is a lovely spot with natural light during breakfast. The location could not be better - just up the road from the noisiest shops but easy walking access to restaurants and stores as well as the citadel up the hill and the theatre down the hill (don't follow Google maps for how to walk between these sights, just find some stairs and go up or down). The cat (and kittens) who lives in the entryway stole our hearts, as well. We will be visiting again!

We stayed in 4 different hotels and this was by far my favourite. Amazing value and great hospitality. Comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi and air con. They even let us stay an extra 2 hours past check out so we could get a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Nidals. The location is very central for visiting Amman and seeing the historical sights. The room was a bit dusty in places but this is to be expected from time to time due to the location and the weather. Even still. Great value and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

It's a nice central location and the roads in front have quite a bit of traffic, but I sleep with earplugs and it seemed to die down at night. The staff were very courteous and happy. The only thing was the place could use a little more TLC. Our toilet didn't flush properly, you had to use some force to close the door, and I hit my head on the door frame going into the washroom (I'm 6'2").

The breakfast was amazing and service very good and helpful. Location is good for visiting Citadel or for exploring the downtown.
