2017.4月实地考察后，直接预订准备婚礼pa。 2018.8.16-20 实际入住36人+3BB，实际在此用餐50人。 owner收多余11人，50美金每人。合理。 女佣准备的午餐晚餐都非常满意。 小小遗憾就是主人房电源没有电，但空调和灯都是有的。 下次团建或者聚会、还是会选择于此。

Francois and his team that run this villa are amazing. The photos do not do this place justice. It is a real 18 bedroom home and I had 35 people stay comfortably. The views and the food that the staff prepare are breathtaking. Highly recommend.

those food very good, house keeper server very good, but dont have emergency medical for us not that good enough becouse we have many of people feel sick, and the swimming pool not have enough light, so dark when the night time, but actually everything is all good

I have stayed for 4 days ,good hardware and the service need to be improved. Pros : 1.nice view and big villas for over 30 people. 2 beautiful swimming pools enough housekeepers for the service 3.Roon owners management will inform us before checked in and arrange the transfer,very good. 4.Good Thai style cooking Cons: 1.strongly recommend to rent a car(villa located in the mountain side) by the travel app , the housekeepers will offer the expensive package for the customers. 2. need to communicate with the housekeepers by black and write confirmation. we communicated and make the deal that all the ingredients plus 10% as service&cooking charge on the first day. I gave her thb 20000 for the food and drinks and she said she will give me the receipt later. But the housekeepers send me an invoice and charge me the breakfast by person with unreasonable price(total charge me over Thb 17000) last day. They cant offer me any receipts and I feel this is dishonest behaviour and I reject to pay the balance. 3.Housekeepers will leave after 9 or 10pm, no one can help after 10pm Suggestions 1.Rent a car and buy all the stuff yourself just pay the cooking fee(price can be bargained,they also have a menu) 2.need to make clear confirmation with the housekeepers and get the mobile to contact her directly. Overall it is a good villa for private party over 30 ppl and my family and friends love the view here.
