LJ hooker were fantastic, very informative and flexible. The cleanliness of the villa on the other hand was disappointing for the price. Mould in the bathroom, a rotten potato shoved down the side of the lounge (smelt terrible and beyond squishy started to go like a rock again). Previous tenants stuff still sitting around (tooth brush, and open food). BBQ had to be scrubbed before use as it was still filthy. On top of that had to supply own linen and towels (didn’t find out until after confirming and full payment) Am very disappointed with the place overall considering the price. The realestate and surrounding area were the nicest parts of it.
This is a difficult review because of the balance of good and bad. The place was clean, surrounds are stunning, and we'll definitely be back in the area. The property is clean, attractive, self-contained and comfortable. Three quick critiques, and this property would receive 5 star reviews if they were addressed: 1. Property does not include linen - sheets, blankets, towels, pillowcases. There was no small long-life milk in the fridge, no hotel-type soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The price is as for other AirBnB properties with all these things. 2. The key needed to be picked up from and dropped off at the LJ Hooker office about 15 min drive away from the property. A lockbox at the property, or leaving the key with the on-site Reception, would just make life easier. 3. A third party registration web site was emailed to me and had to be completed including uploading license and credit card. This looked like a scam/phishing site. Not in accordance with AirBnB policy.

Great little spot near the lagoon. Lots of wildlife. Good communication from realestate but 4 pm check in is a too late.
This is a lovely place to stay, in a secured area. There's plenty of nature to see around and it's specifically good if you're looking for sometime alone to put your head in order. Definitely want to go back one day, as it was raining when I stayed there.
