Beautiful house in a wonderful location, next to the beach and lovely village of Rosscarbery. Anne and Gerry were a joy to deal with both during our stay and in the lead up to our stay. Catered for every need we had. Would definitely recommend, a hundred time over.

Lazy Acre is a great value for money! We booked Lazy Acre last year for Rosscarbery Race 2024. However, due to change in date by the race organisers, we had to amend the booking. Anne and Gerry were so accommodating and managed to update the bookings without any hassle. They were very responsive. Guaranteed response within an hour! The house is in great condition. Able to accommodate 7 people at max. All instructions were clear from the hosts! The property is well ventilated and the kitchen is well-equipped and complete. The cookies and wine were an added bonus. The beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom are in great condition. It's a tidy and lovely AirBnB house with an amazing view of the beach! Would definitely book for next year's race! Thanks Anne and Gerry and Lazy Acre! :)

Lazy acre ligt ontzettend mooi aan de uitmonding van Warren beach. geweldig uitzicht vanuit het huis. Duidelijke instructies achtergelaten. Huis zelf wat aan de kleine kant mede ook door de vele spullen in het huis en het rondslingerende speelgoed. Leuke serre om in te zitten maar was wat vies en veel pissebedden, was duidelijk niet schoongemaakt voor ons verblijf. Bedden redelijk, matrassen kunnen beter. Verwarming middels airco units en dat is een beetje gepuzzel maar eenmaal werkend wordt het warm, jammer dan van het geluid. Heerlijke haard die voor ons was ingelegd. Fijn dat er wifi was en chrome zodat we konden casten. Keuken goed ingericht en lief een welkoms flesje op tafel. De locatie is echt top, Rosscarbery is super! Iets te ver om vanaf hier ring of Kerry te rijden. Al met al genoten ons verblijf. Anne reageerde snel en heel vriendelijk.
