Kate’s place was so beautiful- the photos don’t do it enough justice! I arrived at sunset with a group of girlfriends on my 30th birthday and it was so beautiful and peaceful. It’s really spacious and comfortably fit 5 adults. Would stay here again. 11/10

Kate was a great host. We were very comfortable at her home and she was proactive and helpful as a host. The home was peaceful and we slept very well there, including my partner who is always a very light sleeper.

A great location in Avalon with lovely views of Pittwater. It was peaceful and quiet and had everything one would need. The bathroom was just gorgeous and obviously new. When I read that it was "entire home in Avalon Beach ", I expected it would be free-standing but it was actually the middle floor of a three story home. There was no-one else there as far as I know so it was very private. I arrived on probably the coldest and rainiest day of the year and the temperature inside the home was 14 degrees. The heater in the living room heated that section of the house well but there were no heaters in the bedrooms and it was very cold. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well. The kitchen had everything and there were also laundry facilities. An instruction/information manual would be a helpful addition. Thank you Kate.

we had a wonderful, relaxing time mostly eating and admiring the view. The Spanish neighbours were a bit noisy on the first day setting up their trampoline but it was peaceful after that. Thank you for your hospitality and for the early check-in. Much appreciated. Tracey

Excellent 2 night stay for a wedding close by. Quirky place high amongst the trees with Pittwater views. Bedding and kitchen were great. Thanks for a great stay
