I loved staying here!! A really nice and clean apartment, in a great apartment complex with access to the gym and pool! I would definitely stay again if in town.

The 2BR/2Bth condo is very nice and great for us; 3ppl w/a service animal. Pros: Spacious, privacy, welcoming Cons: Tv - there were only (2) tv's in the unit. With the low cost of tv's there should be one in each room; Living Room, & each Bedroom. There is no cable, just WiFi. If you are not tech savvy, you wouldn't be able to watch tv. A suggestion would be to sign into one or two apps so your guests would be able to view 'something' while there. Toilet paper- there was only 1 roll per bathroom (with unused rolls under counter). The quality was good, but there isn't that much per roll, so we ran out. For a 4 day- week stay, 2 rolls per bathroom or 1pp should be minimum supplied. No tissues. $200 Cleaning charge - exorbitant, especially for TN. In NY, we don't charge that much. The complex is quiet & in a nice location. Shopping less than 10 minutes away. All and all, our stay was great & we would certainly stay again

Very easy to get to TN Tech campus! Super easy access from I-40 as well.

Great stay! Very clean and close to everything we needed! We came for a long weekend to see different waterfalls and hang with friends! We loved the pool access. Will definitely consider booking again if we’re back in the area!

This property was exactly what we needed and were looking for as a place to stay for our kayaking trip with Cumberland Kayak. The place was perfect for my husband, step son and myself to have a place to land during our trip.
