This is a good place to stay if what you’re doing is in the center of town. If you’re able to get out of the downtown and visit other neighborhoods, I recommend it.

Check in / out was easy. The accommodations were clean and as advertised. Great location downtown, 15 - 20 min walk to Busch Stadium, Gateway Arch / Museum and River boat. When we reached out with questions Marshal responded quickly. We felt comfortable and safe walking to the restaurants and places of interest. We would recommend The Ludwig to friends and family.

The loft is a lovely, unfilled space. The building is mostly unoccupied with other residents and hosts a few commercial spaces. The neighborhood is in decline post pandemic. There were several private security cars roaming. On my arrival there were 3 city police cars contending with an incident on the street of an unwell unhorsed individual. As i was traveling alone I was less than comfortable arriving back to the loft after dark and made accommodations to avoid this.
