Perfect place for a trip to the beach! It’s not easy finding a place to stay ON THE BEACH so this was amazing. Just walk down the back porch and you’re there! Doesn’t get better than that. Will be back!

First and foremost - We had a WONDERFUL time. Pros: right on the beach. The patio is covered so you can sit and listen to the waves or watch the sunrise from the porch. Parking is easy and plentiful! The beds are pretty comfy. The rental company is very responsive and super friendly! Cons: Pricing - the property is in bad need of some maintenance and updates. Things were all in working condition (so it’s nothing that the maintenance company could’ve taken care of for us while we were there) but there are clear signs of water damage. It’s an older building as well and this is the lower floor so you can hear everything that’s going on above. For the price I expected it to be in better shape, but in this instance you’re paying a premium for being ON the beach. We still had an amazing trip - Tybee is wonderful, as always - but for what I spent on this condo I don’t think we’d be returning unless the daily rate dropped!
