Our 2nd stay at Collins Lake, and first time in this condo unit. The condo was very clean & well maintained with great kitchen appliances like espresso machine, coffee maker, and toaster. This unit has a preferable layout for small families, with two larger bedrooms upstairs (minus the open bunk alcove most units have). The bed I used was super comfy with a mattress topper & choice of foam or regular pillow. The futon is typical firmness, but my kid loved it. There are lots of DVDs, and TV with Fire Stick/app access. Great location fairly close to the pool/sauna, but out of earshot. Great host with pages of helpful info & instructions. Our stay was a snowy spring break escape to nordic ski and snowshoe. Of course, most folks are in Govy to alpine ski or snowboard, and the location is perfect for that as well! It was more expensive than our stay last year (by 50%), though that may reflect our fairly last minute booking, market rate changes, or the quality of this particular host.

Farid was a wonderful host! Our stay was everything we expected and more! Great location, beautiful home, and lots of fun activities to enjoy. A huge bonus was the comfortable beds.... I always wake up. achy when staying in rentals but not this time. Additionally, the check out process was a breeze! :) I highly recommend this home and will be back again! Thank you

Great place to stay, and Farid was an excellent and responsive host! We booked this place a month in advance and were worried about the snow (skiing). I asked Farid to do a snow dance for us, and boy did he deliver! Tons of fresh powder! Seriously, Farid was kind and super communicative, responding or reaching out to us via email and text to make sure that we were all good. It kind of felt like I was borrowing a friend's condo, and he wanted to make sure we were all good. Everything at the place was as described or better. Beds were comfortable: not too firm or to soft, with different ones to choose from. Condo was maybe a one minute walk around the corner from the pool and hot tub, easy to do. I will advise anyone staying here to close their bedroom windows at night to keep from hearing the plow or garbage truck. When we left, the kids and I kinda wished we had more time to just hang out and relax at the place and enjoy the amenities as we spent most of our time skiing. Thanks, Farid!

Fred was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay. I am impressed with just how well appointed the entire house (including the garage). We hosted some friends staying nearby for dinner at our spot and we all commented on how cozy and homey the place felt. Lots of stairs so be ready to carry any senior doggies with old hips up & down. We will very likely stay here again the next time we’re in town.
