Our Kitchen diner reflects the family atmosphere within this family home. Where guests will be welcomed and great family style food is served. Dinner £7. Close to the Tank museum, monkey world & the Jurrasic Coast including Durdle Do We are in the heart of the Jurassic coast, 4 miles from the beautiful Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Monkey world and The Bovington Tank Museum are just a stone throw away. On a good day you can hear the cheeky monkeys in the early mornings if going for a run or leisurely walk in this picturesque village.

A lovely weekend in England to see the tank museum which is less than an hour from the house . Sheren is a reactive and understanding host , she helped us in a dire situation with her great recommendations. Would recommend for a weekend at the peace of the countryside .
We cannot recommend this stay. We were given the wrong location, the wrong check-in time (4.5 hours later than listed online), and a bizarre list of rules upon arrival (e.g., vulgar reminders to clean the bathroom after use, and multiple injunctions to use the WiFi in accordance with UK law - as if we were going to do otherwise?). The house stank of smoke, and the furniture, appliances, and dining utensils were very dirty. At least the bed was comfortable and the location was close to the railway station.
I found the bedroom comfy and peaceful. Sheren and hubby were very helpful. Sheren cooked a lovely lasagne for me which I appreciated after a day at work. I just had the continental breakfast which was absolutely fine nutella on a crumpet first morning with tea and orange juice and toast and jam and tea and orange juice the second. Sheren kindly let me leave my suitcase at hers so I could pick it up on the way back to the station. On the whole very social and comfortable place. I definitely would come again.
The family was sweat and nice and very welcoming. If I ever comeback to that part of Engeland I surely would try and stay there again.

Wool Village is a very practical village with a chemist, mini market, hairdressers. Charity shop, Butchers Baker’s and Handy store. Wool is in the middle of many great seaside resorts. Lulworth & Durdle Dor are just 4 miles away. Swanage, Studland, Weymouth, Corfe Castle. Are within 14 miles. Which are all part of the Jurassic coast and Heritage sites. Wareham 6 miles has an excellent Leisure Centre with Gym, Tennis Courts and Swimming Pool. In fact; There is so much to offer in Purbeck Dorset.
Wool has a main line station that services. Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Poole & Bournemouth to London Waterloo. There is always a friendly taxi service at the station and there is a excellent double decker bus service that allows magnificent views of this wonderful countryside. Parking is available just outside the house.

We offer a family 4 bed detached home with a double room, set up as twin beds or a Queen Bed as requested before arrival. And a further Private room with three beds (or double on 2 nights or more if requested before arrival) if you need two rooms. Please book our other listing too. Guests have a shared bathroom with shower. We have pets so guests would need to be animal lovers. If you have pet allergies. This is not the place for you. I work as a BACP registered Counsellor/Therapist. My Husband & Son are in the building profession. We can offer. Bed breakfast or Bed breakfast and evening meal.
