Not enough hot water for five guests; even when staggering bathing times by more than an hour. No ability to turn-on heat in unit. Both of these complaints were noted by previous guests over the past few years; take heed before booking. Several lights burnt-out and need replacing; several of the furniture had broken, unstable legs; the pocket doors did not close or would stick open. No supplied paper products (napkins, paper towels); even when requested, but none were provided and directed to go and purchase my own; so there did not seem to be any point in making further request of the property manager. With a booking in this category, kitchen paper products are typically provided. Otherwise, the unit was nice, with lots of space to move about and a store our luggage. It had a nice large kitchen.

Great communication and timing was perfect so we could be directed to the car parking garage. Very spacious and comfortable with lovely comfortable beds and linen. Walking distance to great restaurants and taps bars. Everything was spotless and modern. Very highly recommend

Ana was very kind to accommodate our request for a late check-in and greeted us around the neighbourhood. We had difficulty locating the carpark due to road closures for semana santa but Ana guided us there. The carpark entrance is very narrow and the carpark is small so i'd recommend to go with a small compact car. Everything else was just as listed and the place was really clean!

While located only a few blocks outside the historic center it was one block away from the main commercial walking street and anything we wanted or needed was at our fingertips. We were two retired couples and had no problems with the stairs. There is plenty of room in the apartment, more than we were prepared for. Always nice to have an outside porch. The water was sometimes low pressure but all was rectified. Would stay again. Parking was great to have (yes the space was tight. Welcome to Europe).

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und super gelegen - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
