Charming old cottage situated on a quiet, private drive. Quaint & comfortable, amenities include underfloor heating and a wood-burner. There are two downstairs bedrooms. A Pub, Restaurant and golf course lie within easy walking distance. The seaside town of Benllech and its beautiful beaches are 2 miles away. A relaxing home and convenient base for exploring scenic Anglesey and Snowdonia National Park just 30 mins drive away. Our cottage is a 100 year old sympathetically refurbished and boasting some very modern conveniences. The living room has a Smart TV, DVD player, underfloor heating and woodburner for cosy nights by the fire. The kitchen diner is well equipped and has underfloor heating, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and cooker with overhead extractor fan. There is a tri-fold door leading into the garden. The bath/shower room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, the mixer shower is heated by the oil-fired boiler. There is also a douche spray (shataf). There is a second separate toilet with wash hand basin. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a zip-link bed which can be a King double or Twin 2ft 6 single beds. The cottage garden is fully enclosed and gets sun all day, it has a large lawned area and two patios with a picnic bench and further bistro table. The oil fired boiler heats the hot water and central heating system.
