海滨庄园（ Seaside Manor ）靠近海滨餐厅和市中心，可俯瞰尼尔森海滨的所有地标建筑--岛屿、海港入口、巨石滩和菲菲郡岩石（ Fifeshire Rock ）。 远处是Abel Tasman海岸线和Kahurangi塔上方的山脉。 海滨庄园（ Seaside Manor ）是适合1至3对情侣或家庭入住的理想度假屋。欢迎携带举止良好的小型宠物入住，但允许进入室内。 此房源分为两层，楼上设有客厅和娱乐空间、两间卧室和两间卫生间。 楼下还有一间带套间卫生间的卧室。 卧室配置如下： 4间卧室（最多可供9人入住） 楼上- 1)标准双人床， 2)双人床， 楼下- 3)标准双人床， 4人（ Rumpus房） ：可应要求提供双人沙发床 2间以上楼上的卫生间 - （主浴室）淋浴间、独立浴室、洗脸盆和厕所， 楼下- 3号卧室的套房浴室，配有淋浴、卫生间和梳妆台。独立卫生间。

Beautiful house with water and landscape spectacular views
Wow! The views from this great large family home rental surpassed the website pics. Loved the multiple areas to sit out and enjoy the far reaching sea views. Great outdoor deck with lots of seats, and tall stools to gaze at the sea at night watching the marine traffic & yachts etc. A large gas BBQ & a funky vibe was enjoyed every night on the deck with a fun illuminated sign nestled among the wisteria ( giving great shade from the sun ) plus heaters if it got nippy. Overall: A Spacious house with lots of places to “ be alone” . Yes - the house needs a revamp decor wise and a tad dated but the lounge furniture was incredibly comfy , huge TV had all the channels for all kinds of watching and the kitchen / bbq area plentifully equipped with everything you’d need for fun nights in ! All in all - A perfect larger group / family let . We had the best time !
Great house for family trips , has everything you need. Close to the beach and also into town. Would definitely recommend and go back in the future!
