This was a GREAT place to stay--very clean, spectacular view from the balcony. David was a pleasure to work with. When the room we had originally booked wasn't available, he gave us an even nicer apartment and let us stay there. It was very spacious. My girlfriend loved it. She said it's rare to get an Airbnb that is so spacious. (It had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms, and a balcony!). I'd highly recommend renting a room from David!

Gorgeous view and spacious area. As others have commented, the driveway is steep so be prepared. Decent size bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is functional but, though listed, no dishwasher. Plenty of towels and bedding. Maybe the biggest challenge is the upstairs tenants: parked car inappropriately so challenging to leave, music playing later in the night, and marijuana permeating through the walls to the unit. Still, it’s hard to beat the location in the Granite Bay Area.

Hiking / biking trail around lake Folsom starts at backyard, beautiful in the morning. Nice view of lake from large balcony. Upstairs neighbors in 3 unit building march around in boots at 6-7 AM three out of four days, and play loud TV or video games -- little sound insulation. One parking space in garage. Our group of 4 had two cars and next nearest parking is 0.5 mile away, all nearby streets are permit parking only. Despite these drawbacks, at $120/night this is a bargain and we were happy with it.
