The Hill Top home offered by Dick was just what we needed to surprise our momma for Christmas. Dick made sure the house was decorated and the Christmas Tree was beautiful. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and have fun. The pool table got some good use. The rooms were the right size, and there were plenty of bathrooms. If we had questions or any issues arose, Dick was very responsive and even popped in to help if needed. Dick made us all feel welcome and like we were right at home. The views from the home were beautiful. It was so nice to sit at the big dinner table and just enjoy the view playing games or eating food. Lots of love and memories were shared at the Hill Top. My momma will never forget the memories made here. Thanks again Dick for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Dick is amazing and very receptive. Has tons of brochures of things to do! I graduated from UARK in Fayetteville so we had enough room to have my family stay with us for the 4 days! Beautiful area off the lake area! Would stay again.

Bait and switch from this host. I pre booked back in June for my family trip in October. Dick Kelsey called us 4 days before our arrival time and put us into an unsafe, moldy, disgusting property. Pretty sure there were not any repairs going on at the original property I payed for by what we witnessed. Airbnb should not be representing this host at all. Absolutely no key at all was available to lock up the property when we left for a day out and that is very unsafe. Bugs on a cutting board in the kitchen.cBlack mold in the entire basement and spider webs on the entire exterior. Disgusting and unacceptable for allowing guests in that property. Pretty sure he double booked and we got pushed out of the gorgeous property I payed for. I will never book with this host again.
