Rob’s place is perfectly serviceable and well thought out. It represents very good value for money, and you have the privacy of your own space - with managed communal facilities that are much more than you’d expect! The shower is good (very important in my opinion!) and the toiletries provided are very good quality. I stayed for work commitments, not expecting a great deal - and I was pleasantly surprised! On a side note having only briefly met the host, he seemed very straightforward and a nice Northampton bloke. I was originally born bred Northampton, and the area is very nice and safe - with transport and amenities nearby, and free on street parking too. Jonathan

Rob is a really great host, always available to help in any way he can. Room was exactly as described if not better. I felt the bed was a little uncomfortable on my first night. Before I could mention it, Rob sent a message saying that a new bed was being delivered the next day. The new one is really great quality. Really great value room, with great access to restaurants and a pub. Cannot recommend highly enough.
