We had a great stay at James's property! What a convenient location and such a spacious home, with 3 separate living areas (with 3 separate fireplaces!) for us to spread out into. James helped us set up extra beds and was fast, responsive and helpful during each of the few times we reached out with questions. We will be returning. Thank you James!

Our group of 19 had Christmas Holiday at Jim's home. It was perfect. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Great gathering spaces. Large refrigerator with plenty of space and an extra one in the basement. Plenty of dishware. We cooked most of our meals and were also able to host family who live in Denver. We walked the High Line Canal Trail most days (right off the back fence) and enjoyed the Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve which we were able to access from the trail. The house was equipped with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper trash bags etc for the whole week. Jim was available for any questions. We look forward to staying here on future trips to Denver.

James was a 15/10 host, very simple move it & was very flexible/understanding when moving in and out. I had an item that was missed-placed that I didn’t realize until after I left, unfortunately when I reached out I learned that was thrown out by the cleaners. Instead of telling me it’s gone(which would have been 100% fair) James went the extra mile, and found it in the garbage, and mailed it to me while refusing to let me pay him extra. Best host I’ve had in my lifetime experience with Airbnb. Thanks James!

The house was amazing! James was very communicative and the check-in/out process was clear and easy. Location: The house sits on a large lot, with the nearest house being probably 100 yards away, so you have plenty of privacy. It's close enough to the freeway and about 20-30mins to downtown Denver. Very easy to get to/from. House: The house is bigger than you would think. We had 13 people and everyone had a bed. Multiple bathrooms on each floor, with some rooms having their own private bathroom. Kitchen is built to cook for an army. Highlights - Take advantage of the theater and whole house speaker system if you want to entertain yourself. Room for improvement: Wifi was definitely an issue for 13 people. Download speed was about 200Mbps, but the Upload speed hovered around 1Mbps. This made it difficult to do any video chatting or work from the house. Also note that Verizon and T-Mobile has limited cell coverage in the house, but ATT worked fine. Thanks James!
