Very cute and secluded guest house. Had everything that was needed and great location. Instructions for check in were clear and easy. Space wasn’t completely spotless.

Thank you Katrina for allowing us to stay at your lovely little home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole place and you had certainly thought of everything. We only had the one night but could have easily stayed quite comfortably for much longer. Quiet, very comfy and great location.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking to get away to Mornington. Great location with walking distance to a good cafe and a nice swimmable beach. Also a short drive to Main Street. Katrina had the aircon on when we checked it which was greatly appreciated on the 30+ degree day. The Villa is clean and modern, and has a lovely private outdoor seating area surrounded by beautiful greenery at the back. Many thanks Katrina!
