The checkin time on airbnb showed 1pm, however upon our arrival i was informed we could only check in at 3pm, which was half the day gone considering kids were restless after a long drive. We were not accommodated at all for the check in details being incorrect on the site. I wasnt happy with the check in experience at all. Other than that, the lodge was okay, remotes to the tv's wasnt working, windows and patio doors were absolutely dirty, major put off. Noisy maintenance staff cutting grass early hours of the morning was also a put off, considering guests are still fast asleep. Not sure if i would book this property again.

The location is great and the views are amazing . The unit was very dusty and had to request towels there was not enough . Overall / The reservations team was very helpful and accommodating .
