Cynthia is hands-down, the best host I have ever dealt with on Airbnb. Her place is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful yard. Both the place and the yard give you plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
it was great escaping from Covid and spending time at our favourite location. Downside to Florida is traffic but that's almost universal today
Cynthia from day one was very sweet and kind. She checked on me periodically to make sure my stay is comfortable. Her place is nice, modern, private and clean. She was always available and responded to my texts and concerns quickly. It was my first time coming to Miami for work and she defiantly made it easier for me to stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Looking forward to rent the place again.
Cynthia’s place was very well described, it was a cozy home!!! We wanted to have a long stay in a place just for us, and we found it. The place was clean, peaceful, very well organized and Cynthia helped us to settled in, having even some additional groceries and household we requested for. Also she spoiled us with yummy cookies made by her!!! It was a very nice experience and if we return to Miami, for sure we will book again with Cynthia.
Ahh Cynthia sweet Cynthia. She is a remarkable woman. I can tell you that. A kind hearted soul, so giving and so caring. This was by far the best stay away from home. It truly felt like home. We were all so heartbroken to leave! If there was anything we needed, Cynthia was right on it every step of the way. I’m not use to engaging with hosts but she is one of kind. It changed the whole environment to something like a family affair. Cynthia always catered to our needs. I honestly could say so many things about her because she is what made the stay complete. Id recommend anyone! This is perfect for long time stay or even short time get away. The outside shower, definitely a fave. Baked sweets and artwork to look at on a day to day. That’s my kind of place. We needed somewhere to be at ease, to focus, a space to create in between. I’m an artist so this was beyond perfect for me. If I had the money I’d buy the property Cynthia! We love you and thank you for everything. I couldn’t be grateful enough.

I love to travel and enjoying meeting people. Now that I'm retired from a career in medical sales, I'm enjoying my next chapter hosting Airbnb guests from all over the world. I'm also a real estate investor. I've always been a creative type, and nothing thrills me more than finding a mid-century- modern bungalow in need of rehab. It allows me to go to work designing and planning the space for a house flip. I also love painting art for the walls. Other passions of mine are cooking and reading (and really good wine). For many years, I had the opportunity to travel all over the USA and have been to almost every state. I enjoyed seeing our great country, tasting different foods and the eclectic mix of people, cultures and personalities from all over. My favorite cities are Lake Tahoe, NYC and Chicago hands down. During the last twenty years or so, I started staying in bed and breakfasts more and more. I wanted something more intimate, than the 4-and-5 star hotels I'd been staying in .. wanted something that felt more like home. The best part was meeting the hosts. It's one of the reasons I decided to be one. Many of those hosts and I became friends and kept in touch. As much as I love hosting ..I can't wait to travel with Airbnb as a guest. Greece and Italy are on my bucket list. As a guest, you would find me friendly, quick-to-respond to your messages, respectful of the space and house rules and I'd leave things in perfect order. If I'm your host, expect to be spoiled!!...lol... I was born to do this.. honestly, I love hosting guests and put my heart and soul into my little slice of paradise.
