I cannot say enough about Brennen's house. I was amazed by so much detail. The house fit the pictures. But I can't even describe the beauty of the outside. The outdoor living with bar, refrigerator, tables, tv, etc was extremely homey. The gardens and surroundings was beautiful. We enjoyed out Thanksgiving dinner outside. I chose this house on being dog friendly. We brought our 2 pugs that were to run and be safe. We came down Thanksgiving to spend with my daughter who is a senior at USC. Most of all, all the detail and thoughtfulness that Brennan put into our time there. So much detail. First, he ordered plates, silverware, serving platters for our Thanksgiving dinner. They were left beautifully in a basket. Each bedroom had a basket with towels, chocolate, waters, snacks. The coffee bar and breakfast basket was incredible, with plates and plasticware. He left wine and charcuterie board. Also milk, cream, juice, etc. Little things like makeup wipes!. Best, pug stati

I need more than 1000 characters to describe just how amazing our stay at Brennen's home was. From start to finish, Brennen communicated above and beyond any expectations. Upon arrival there was a fresh charcuterie board in the fridge along with drinks and condiments. He also left pastries, muffins, fruit, to enjoy in the morning for breakfast. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. I don't even know where to begin in regards to the outdoor space, magnificent! The weather was perfect, there was no need for the outdoor a/c or the heater although it was readily available. We enjoyed grilling out and watching football on the TV as we socialized over beverages. There was a nice gas fire table that made for a good late night chill spot and added to the ambiance. The backyard is also one of a kind with a full bonsai tree display along with a nice size yard. Brennen also accommodated my dog Nala and she thoroughly enjoyed playing in the yard. 10/10!

Brennen takes "host" to the next level. Everything from collegiate decor to snacks, water, wine and a lovely home. We were staying in Columbia for the weekend for a football game and he was most helpful in identifying parking and tailgating options for us. Couldn't have asked for more!

We had a perfect weekend at this home. Most well appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend staying here for any USC events! Thanks again for making our Graduation Day perfect!
