Sophie's place was one of our favorite Air bnb's to date! We have stayed in several places over the years, but this place was among the-if not the most-charming and cozy. Sophie was extra thoughtful in making us feel welcomed: she had Christmas chocolates, fun books (Christmas poems), and a generously curated basket of toys for our 1-year-old daughter. And, of course, Sophie was responsive, friendly, and warm at each interaction. If you are thinking of booking this place, just do it! It's close to the train station and Sainsbury's grocery store (about a 10 minute walk), and only about 30 minutes from the touristy spots in London.

I have already told my friends and family to stay at Sophie’s place whenever they’re in the London area. Sophie, thank you for a memorable stay. I cannot say enough of how beautiful the studio is, the private entrance and the lovely garden! The studio didn’t just match the descriptions, it superseded it! The area was just what I wanted — easy access to the city (bus stop with 3+ lines was 5-7mins walking and Barnes station was ~9mins walk). Even though I visited in December, the area was still lush and felt like “fall”. She gave lovely recommendations of things to do and how to get around to make the most of her stay. I can also confirm her dog is incredible cute. Sophie, was also so kind in managing my poor timing on getting late and giving me grace at check out. When next I’m in London, I have to come by to say hello!

Sophie's got a quite, tucked away studio overlooking the greenfield that makes for a perfect place for long stays to read, write or just recharge. The place is some 10 mins walk away from the nearest market hub that has a few pubs, some shops and bus stop that takes you to the Tube station. I didn't get a chance to explore the area on a cycle, but I'd love to keep it on my list for my next stay here, which is hopefully soon.
