Stayed here 7days with 18pax. Looks identical to the photo. Host was very nice, friendly and responsive regardless of timing, and fulfilled most of our request especially transport. Good job on that. The few staff staying beside was also good, basic cleaning in the morning and towel change. WOW factor of the villa is clean & super spacious space, my kids enjoy running around without afraid of knocking onto something. The pool area is a good place to chillout with the cooling weather of 20-22c during the day, but the pool water is too cold. The beach is clean, white smooth sand, unfortunately the seawave are too dangerous for a swim. Overall we still enjoy our stay. There is only 1 restaurant nearby & nothing else, so buying grocery/other food will need delivery or transport service. Inhouse chef food was so-so to us, can be alot better. Suggestion: to install a drinking water purifier for the guest, instead of replenish limited small bottles everyday that is not sufficient for us.

Never an airbnb like this after I ve stayed or been in touch with 100+ vac rentals all over the world! Superb experience in many aspects, more than I can mention and recall. Location is dreamy, w/ a semi-private beach distant from hotels, inside a gated property with 2 restaurants (one vegetarian!), not far from downtown and Hoi An. The villa is quiet, ultra spacious in all areas and well sun-lit. Dining area occupies a near-1000 sq.ft area w/ beach backdrop. We are allowed to use the commercial grade kitchen attached that is used for events, with more than enough equipments. The strongest of all, Ngoc & Huy are the most patient, capable and easy-going hosts ever. They provide whatever-u-think-of rescue which your best friends may turn away... Proactive arrangement of luxurious transport fr airport is just the appetizer. They even helped me rent a piano and install it in the master suite, cook when you are tired of eating out, change a broken TV in 15min... besides ordinary Serv

Anh huy là chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ và chuyên nghiệp. Anh ấy đã hướng dẫn cho gia đình chúng tôi tất cả mọi thứ về chuyến đi, Chúng tôi đã có 1 chuyến du lịch đáng nhớ cùng gia đình. Biệt thự thật sự rất đẹp, rộng rãi nằm bên bãi biển với trang thiết bị nội thất sang trọng. Tôi yêu nơi này và muốn được quay lại những lần tới. Thanks Huy

Huge villa for our group of 8 guys.. Beautiful location by the beach with a pool .. Villa matched the photos on the website Spotlessly maintained by the villa housekeeping crew.. Lovely breakfast spread and a lovely bbq evening organised .. Highly Recommend Mr Jonhny for organising all the logistics so wonderfully .. Would love to go back again

전반적으로 숙소가 넓고 편했습니다. 호스트가 제시한 비비큐파티도 맛이 좋았습니다 다만 스태프들과의 의사소통이 직접적으로 이루어지기보다 베트남어로 번역을 해야해서 답답함이 있었습니다. 그래도 친절하고 전체적으로 만족스러운 여행이었습니다
