The house was big enough to fit our large family. Lots of space for kids and adults. Nice bedrooms upstairs and huge Master. The basement rooms would be a welcome added space but were not nearly as nice as the rest of the house. We did not need that space but would if everyone would have been able to come. I am afraid we will be fighting for the Master with the bed that should be its own island! The turkeys and ducks were fun to see but the downside of that was that the yard had tons of turkey poop! not really great for letting kids play but the view was wonderful! Luckily we traveled in good weather but if the roads were snowy or even worse, icy, getting to the house could have been a concern for some of the guests, as it is quite steep in some areas. All in all, Joel was a very responsive host. He reached out quite often and always responded to our questions immediately. We would most definitely rent it again.

I really enjoyed the house, especially because the master bedroom had a giant bed and a nice fire place. The house was big enough for four families. Feeding the ducks and turkeys were fun and our kids enjoyed it.

Very nice surroundings and setting. However there are plumbing problems which caused hard stops to hot water when 2 showers going at once. This large of accommodations should have no issues with more than one shower happening. Prepare for cold water only 2 minutes into your shower. Sprinklers need adjusting so water does not hit the metal siding through the night which was loud enough to wake almost everyone there. Beds and coverings need updated as they were badly stained. Overall repairs and updating is badly needed

Joel is a great host. He was very good at communicating and getting back with us and making sure we had everything we needed. The house is great for large numbers.
