Mrs. Donna’s place was perfect everything was as stated in the description. She checked in on us several times she was the perfect host. I will definitely rent from her again. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank You Mrs. Donna

Donna and Christy were extremely accommodating. They allowed us to check in a little earlier than 4 upon request, which made a world of difference. The place is truly within walking distance of the stadium. There is a Publix less than 5-minutes drive. I have to admit that upon pulling up I had a bit of hesitation because of the exterior’s appearance. The stairs leading up to the upstairs apartment looked kind of rundown. But upon opening the front door I was quite impressed. The place was clean and inviting. The bedrooms are a lot bigger than they appeared in the pictures. I liked having my bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom, a couple had a bedroom downstairs also with its own bathroom and my two daughters shared the third bathroom. We would definitely be interested in staying there again next time.

Very clean, walking distance from Georgia Southern stadium, and a great price. Much less than a local hotel with way more beds and bathrooms. There were a couple of stains on the couches, but nothing that wouldn’t make me rent again. Just normal wear and tear from having a rental. Super easy check in and check out.

I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a place to stay while visiting Statesboro. The host was great on everything and the place was beautiful. My stay felt like home.
