This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much or more than the first. It has now become our annual family getaway which we plan on continuing next year. Cannot say enough good things about Ben and the facility. Clean, comfy, plenty of room for a large family . Can not wait to come back!

Ben and Tara have a lovely place. The interior pictures don't do justice to the wood interior of the house or the very high ceilings that give the living/kithen area such a spacious feel. Both bathrooms are very large and provide plenty of dressing room space. Nice, large screened in porch. We really liked the design. The beds were very comfortable. If we returned, we would rent a boat and explore more of the lake. We did use the kayaks and had a great outing!

Great location for my group's trip! Exactly what we needed; a quiet house with plenty of room for all of us. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Ben is a great host and super easy to work with. Quick to respond too!

Had an amazing time with a group of good friends. House was clean and beautiful. Screened in porch had great views. Dock with kayaks and paddle boats made for some amazing adventures out on black lake. Fishing was decent. Maybe not up to the hype of black lake in past years. Caught 6 lb catfish off the dock in the early morning.
