This was a short, 10-day stay, which was good. The apartment is located in Bedstuy, roughly a 10-minute walk from the Nostrand C and a 7-minute walk from the Nostrand G. The apartment is smaller than how it appears in the photos and more “lived in” but it was clean, wifi worked well and it had all the amenities I needed. There is only one bathroom and a half-bathroom with just a toilet. The neighborhood is also walkable and safe, with a laundromat a block away. This is more of a “housemates” situation, with three other guests staying for one month or longer. I didn’t have any issues except the apartment is not very soundproof — you can hear conversations in the living room even with the door closed. During my stay, there was also a French guy who made the living room his “liar” and had loud calls which was inconvenient — I work remotely, so I messaged Ollie and it was sorted. Other than this, no major issues. Just know that this is more of a “roommate” situation if you need privacy.
