Is a great place for 2 people. Quiet, clean, great water view. Chad got in touch with me several times to ensure that our stay was going going good. I am happy with the stay, and would recommend Chad as a host and his apartment.

We just came back from 10 wonderful days , during our research we were looking for a nice little quiet place where we could feel comfortable an relaxed . This was indeed the perfect spot , close to the water where we could have a good cup of coffee while sitting on the covered terrasse and watch the boats go out before we head out for a short ride to the beach . Then finish our day at the same spot with a nice glass of wine and watch the boats come back in. Was perfectly located and close to everything we needed , be it restaurants, beach, groceries , shopping when we needed a breather from the hot sun. The condo was equipped with all the necessities we needed be it for our outings at the beach or to prepare a great dinner meal.And last but not least , what can I say about Chad our host, very attentive to our needs from the beginning to the very end, even took the liberty to provide us with all we needed for a few breakfast meals wow! Thanks Again Chad for a great stay

Chad was super friendly and helpful! Repaired a fan right away! Filled the fridge with tons of great Bkfst items- Helped us out when our plane was delayed! Communication was really fast and easy and very friendly. He is a generous and kind man and the apartment is very quiet, Clean and with a great view on the river! We hope to come back soon!
