Beautiful, renovated 3 bedroom semi-detached cottage, just off the beaten track, yet only a short stroll to the centre of the village of Burley, in the heart of the New Forest, where ponies, donkeys and cattle roam free. Great location for walking, cycling, riding & water sports, easy access to beautiful beaches and excellent golf courses. High quality self-catering accommodation, sumptuous beds, enclosed garden, unlimited fibre wifi, Smart TV with Amazon TV and Netflix apps, Sonos. This gorgeous cottage is set in a large tranquil, enclosed garden. Luxury master bedroom with sumptuous king size bed and views over the garden and paddock beyond. A twin bedroom with two full size beds and bathroom including shower and claw foot bath. The third bedroom is on the ground floor again with a sumptuous king size bed. A separate toilet is close by. Cosy lounge with woodburner, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, snug and conservatory with underfloor heating. Outside entertaining areas are perfect sun traps with a protected lower terrace leading up a couple of steps to the lawn and outside dining area. Shed for storage of bikes. We regret no pets or smoking, although our neighbouring cottage is dog friendly - please enquire. Thinking of holidaying with friends? Lovely house, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Lovely garden for the kids to play in. It's a great location to base yourself to explore the New Forest and surrounding area, very easy and quick to walk into Burley village. Nicole was an excellent host while we were there and responded quickly and sorted a concern we had. We would come back.
This was our second stay at the property and it was fantastic. Nicole and David are great hosts and deal with any queries / issues very swiftly and follow up to ensure everything is in order. A great place to spend time in and the village is nearby is beautiful. Would recommend a stay.
Wonderful cottage inside and out, nestled in a lovely garden. The location is great too - a 3 minute stroll to Burley village. Highly recommend and hope to be back.
A wonderful cottage with lots of outdoor space. We were blessed with good weather and it was well set up for this. It has a homely feel and we felt so relaxed as it was peaceful and were able to listen to the birds!!! So good we booked again before we left. Great host who kept in touch and responded to queries. Thank you for letting us stay.
We had a really lovely stay at Nicole’s Keeper’s Cottage. The house was very comfortable and cosy for 5 adults, one child and a baby. David was also kind to ask if we needed anything extra for the baby. The cottage is just minutes walk to shops and the pub and a close drive to other pubs in the area. Just knocking a star off as they were a little slower than expected when responding to a few queries. Otherwise it was lovely.

Burley is a perfect location for exploring the beautiful New Forest and fabulous beaches, which are only a short drive away.
Forest trails are only minutes from the cottage taking you on a journey through ancient woodlands, past ponds where ponies gather, through idyllic glades and across the open heaths. There is much to explore and admire here. In addition to ponies you will see Donkeys, cattle and deer roaming free on the forest, plus at this time of year there are the pigs.
The village has several traditional pubs and tea rooms, a cider farm, fine dining restaurant and spa treatment rooms, village store, bike hire (we can offer you 10% discount), riding stable, golf course and fishing lake, along with several shops, all within walking distance.
The market town of Ringwood with its many pubs and eateries is a short drive away, along with tree top trails and lake based water activities.
Take a short drive in any direction and you will discover the Georgian market town of Lymington, with its nature reserve and ferrys to the Isle of Wight; the fabulous coastline and beaches towards Highcliffe Castle; Mudeford with its short ferry journey to the sandspit; Hengistbury Head with its land train; and the Priory town of Chritchurch with its river and boating activities. Alternatively head inland in the other direction along the beautiful Beaulieu river towards the historic village of Bucklers Hard, close to the world famous Beaulieu Motor Museum and Abbey or visit the stunning Exbury Gardens.
A little further afield are Peppa Pig World and Paultons Park with the Jurassic coast an hours drive away.
Bookings high season are weekly Friday to Friday. At other times we offer shorter breaks of preferrably Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday .
