Phil is a good host! Over all good stay. Just felt that the shared bathroom could have been kept cleaner when I arrived. but later it was addressed.

Phil was a great host. He was friendly and helpful, recommended me a few good local restaurants. The room was very spacious, and had comfortable furniture. The front yard was full of shaded trees that kept the summer sun out.

As always. It was a great place to stay and my the other 2 guests were amazing to live with in the same house. As an intern it was the perfect place to stay for working in Mt. View.

I highly recommend staying here. The room is super spacious, with its own desk and couch. The shared bathroom is quite clean. It's a 30 minute walk/5 min drive to downtown and the Caltrain station. Phil was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

I Stayed for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time there. The driveway parking was first come first serve, but street parking was usually right infront of the house, if not just a few spaces away. Phil is a wonderful person and was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed.
