Jay is a fantastic home owner ı have ever seen before. The house was very clean, easy to get inside and have a wonderful restaurant around it. I definitely will stay in this home when ı will come back to LA. Thank you for everything Jay.

Stayed here for a month and its pretty much exactly what you expect. all around the place is in a central area good for travelers. Pro tip make sure you don't drive during rush hour traffic from about 9am-12n and 4:30pm-8:30 pm. out side of those times you can get almost anywhere in 15-30 mins. even malibu is only a 30 min drive away. the air bnb itself has basically everything you need. my only minor drawback was the place was only cleaned 90%. I could tell that the cleaner was in a rush or something but i just made sure to give things a quick clean when i got there. the host was extremely quick with responses and parking isn't that bad if you know how to park well lol. It was a little hot but it didn't bother me too much. and those who worry about roaches or anything i didn't see any bugs the entire month that i was there.overall i enjoyed my stay! The outside kind of looks like a motel but who cares lol. the inside is exactly like the pictures but with lower exposure. 8.9 out of 10

Jay was an awesome host. Highly responsive and made sure we had a great stay. The apartment had all of the amenities of home. The location was great for shopping and accessing the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

Great experience. Jay was very responsive. The unit was spacious and within walking distance to restaraunts, Trader Joe's and amenities.

Great communication and photos matched. Super responsive and kind communication. Yes there is a bit of street noise being on a major street, but it’s LA folks.
