The house itself was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and living room area was a good set up for a large group. Plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The management company was a different story. I was told I had to go “check in” the morning after our first night as we arrived after the office closed. The receptionist never even greeted me when I arrived in the office. We specifically looked for a place with a fireplace but arrived to an “out of order” sign on the unit. When asked about it the receptionist offered me space heaters. We were refused a partial refund even though maintenance (who was called because the dishwasher didn’t work) said it has been out for several weeks. The house was great and the location was good for our needs but the owner might be better off if they listed the house themselves.

House was nice and in good neighborhood. House had a homey feel. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Nice house and nice clean towels and well stocked kitchen. Just keep in mind there is no AC, so if it is middle of summer, it can be a little warm. We made use of the fans and opened the windows. Also, be sure to bring some extra paper products with you if you are staying more than a few days. The house has a couple of rolls of TP and one roll of paper towel. Enough to get you started, but prices are high in Red River so bring it with you. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
