Lovely countryside estate. Chicken Coop in yard which was fun and interesting for the children. Nearby cows and horses gave it an authentic farm feel. House was old and dirty. Dead bugs in window sills and bathtub. Hard water stains in sinks and tubs. Microwave does not work. Carpet very worn and needs replaced. Owner very kind and responsive. Gave great directions to be able to easily drive to the house. House was on the path of totality for the eclipse which was nice. Was a good viewing spot.

The area was very private, quiet. And Renee was a delight to speak with, but we initially had some difficulties. Upon arrival the electricity had been turned off. The only contact that was available for Renee was through AirBNB. We waited outside the home for some time to get a response. After the bill was paid the electricity did come on. We found that the DISH Network did not work on any TV, and the bed was extremely soft, not what we would have hoped for. Some TLC is definitely needed and clean up outside on the property. We did enjoy our time there, but feel some things need to be addressed for other people.
