If you're looking for long-term accommodation in New York, you've come to the right place. The room is large, there is plenty of storage space for clothes, suitcases etc. The desk and chair are suitable if you need to work from home - the WiFi also works very well. There is even a fridge and TV. A small minus point for an old heating system in the room that doesn't always want to do what you want it to. A special luxury that is not usual for New York: a well-functioning washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The cleanliness is okay (depends on the other guests). The room is on the main street, so it can get quite noisy (even at night) - but if you want to live centrally, you'll have to put up with it. The real highlight is the location: the subway is right outside the front door, and there are lots of restaurants, cafés and bars in the area. The Hudson River is also just a few minutes away. Harlem makes it easy to get around. And Ozzy is a cool host, very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay for extended period! Literally feet away from the A/C and D subway to all major locations, super easy commute. Ozzy was incredibly kind and welcoming and super responsive, and I felt at ease in the apartment. When I arrived everything was freshly cleaned and sanitized, and smelled super fresh. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Ozzy was a great host! Very responsive and easy to get in contact with. He was also very proactive and made sure to check in to see how my stay was. The location was very convenient located right next to the train station and within walking distance of a lot of food places. Ozzy and guests kept shared spaces very clean and everyone was very respectful of each other. I’d highly recommend this place and Ozzy as a host for anyone looking to come to the city for a short or longer terms stay.
