L'agence Anika a très bien fait son travail de communication avec nous et était toujours très sympathique et réactive. Cependant, le propriétaire des lieux laisse son bien à l'abandon... une douche qui fuit de partout, des meubles et de la vaisselle qui sentent le renfermé, une quantité de poussière énorme sous les meubles, dans les coins avec des toiles d'araignée au plafond dans chaque recoin. Et surtout, une piscine non entretenue : des dizaines d'insectes morts, un simplement mouvement au fond de l'eau révèle instantanément une quantité de saleté écoeurante. Enfin, le cadre reste fortement sympathique, aucun voisin/vis-à-vis, isolé, à seulement 5 min en voiture de la ville et un grand espace vert pour tranquilité au top. Peu de pollution lumineuse donc la nuit on peut très facilement observer les étoiles.

Una ubicación fantástica, muy tranquila, cerca de la costa. La casa para 4 personas, cómoda, la cocina bien equipada, buena cobertura wifi y mucho espacio exterior para poder disfrutar.

I rented this place in the middel of nowhere to have a week of tranquility and privacy. Unfortunately, there was no privacy at all as someone has been working around the house, within the property, the whole week, starting at 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. I informed the company who is in charge of this place and they told me they'd take care of it. Unfortunately, they didnt and the person came every day throughout the week I was staying there. If I would have known that the garden is not for private use only I would not have rented this place. Furthermore, the kitchen and bathroom were rather dirty, I cleaned everything before using it. The kitchen utensils were very limited, there was only one spoon and two forks and maybe three knives to eat with. If they would do a minimum investment to provide proper utensils and to repair some stuff within the house, AND leave the guests their privacy, this could be a nice place to stay. Oh, and dont forget about the extra charges of electricity. I was alone for a whole week and had to pay another 40 euro for electricity, which I had to pay in cash and didnt even get a receipt.. I did not use the dish washer, and just twice the washing machine. If there is an extra electricity charge, at least they could equip the house with green light bulps and electronics, but everything is very old and broken. All in all not very recommendable

Wir haben die Herbstferien in der Finca verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist normaler Standard, man hat alles was man braucht, die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, z.B. fehlt ein richtiges Nudelsieb und das Besteck ist für genau 4 Personen vorhanden. Leider ist der Geschirrspüler während unseres Aufenthaltes kaputt gegangen, aber nach Rückmeldung an Interhome wurde zeitnah ein Techniker geschickt, der das Gerät wieder reparieren konnte, wenn auch erst beim zweiten Besuch. Das Außengelände ist riesig und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Finca liegt fernab von Bettenburgen und ist umgeben von Feldern und Schafweiden. Neben dem Pool und einer Terrasse ist auch ein Grillplatz vorhanden. Zum nächsten Stand braucht man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt. Etwas nervig war der recht umgängliche Papierkram, den man vor Anreise ausgefüllt digital zurück schicken musste, sehr viele Formulare... Wir können die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn man einen Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.
