Our second stay at the house was delightful! We ventured into the woods, enjoyed a scenic 3-hour walk, visited a swimming pool in Ceska Trebova, and had a fantastic time. The host was responsive and accommodating. Everyone in our group loved the house. Highly recommended!

This house has beautiful layout full of private bedrooms and many toilets. There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and 4 bedrooms sharing two bathrooms . There were certain things we had to ask the owner for (like floor cleaning supplies etc). It appears they started the Airnbnb rentals not long time ago and there are a few things that have space for improvement, and we made the recommendations to the owner (large trash bins in the kitchen, better equipped kitchen utensils, trash bags for the stay, place coffee table by the large sofa, cleaner cover for the sofas etc). Another improvement recommended is better enforcement on smoking policy as we rented this house as non smoking and had two bedrooms with cigarette smoke odor after previous renters who had been smoking in those rooms for 3 weeks… After all these improvements - this house has a potential to be your favorite vacation destination .

Velký pěkný a prostorný dům. Ocenili jsme počet koupelen a balkony ( jelikož nám stále pršelo). Krásné koupaliště 5 min od domu. Lépe bych vybavila kuchyň a přidala nějaké věšáky, nebo skříňku dolů k výřivce. Pro tak velký počet míst by se hodilo i více míst pro sušení prádla ( sušák na prádlo alespoň 2x). Jinak moc pěkné ubytování, čisté a pohodlné postele, prostorné i pro vnitřní posezení za nepříznivého počasí. Moc se nám líbilo.

House is a huge 4 level home which is newly built (few jobs still to finish). There are as many bathrooms as bedrooms and it has a sauna and spa bath downstairs. The kitchen is a good size, dining / lounge area is big. It is in a small country town and the nearest supermarket is 3 or 12km away. We are a MTB team so it was good for riding around and then we drove to the race location. Only hassle we had was over settling the bill and getting our change from our cash deposit as they wanted to do it later and being from New Zealand we don't have a European bank account. After a few warm words we got there in the end. Power for 9 days for 10 people was around $900 Czech and gas $ 1200 Czech to allow you to budget so pretty cheap.
