Great house in an idea location for ski in ski out. House was big with plenty of storage for skis and other equipment. Even has two dryers for wet gear! It is a short walk to the pool/hot tub which the children in our group particularly liked after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best ski on / ski off we've experienced, with such great wisdom and communication from Chet & Janice on how to best optimize the overall adventure! The house's location and layout is so great for a group to enjoy Sunday River to the fullest. Their complex's outdoor pool / hot tub is such a great way to relax after skiing. Highest of recommendations and excited to return!

Great stay and location for a ski getaway! Chester was a great host and easy to communicate with. Can’t beat ski-on/ski-off. The community pool/hot tub and house had everything we needed.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute ski trip with our family and happened upon this Locke Mountain townhouse. Chet and Janice were super responsive and easy to communicate with. The townhome was very much as advertised in the description and represented in the images. It's possible to fit a large number of people comfortably with multiple bunk beds on the ground floor, but also comfortable for a smaller number with three bedrooms, one en suite, on the top floor. Location at Sunday River is unbeatable!

Chet and Janice went above and beyond in accommodating us during our stay. In working with us for over a year to rebook due to covid to offering additional recommendations, amenities and connections for local discounts to ensure our stay at their adored home was enjoyed. Even arrival and departure was simple, and smooth. I would highly recommend staying at anything they manage. You can tell they care and it makes the stay that much better.
